A spraying kit on a Maxima 3 seeder with a Wilger line for row-by-row control.
Wilger Columns use a simple but innovative visual system to indicate the status of liquid flow through the pipes:
Ball in the middle: When the ball is positioned in the middle of the column, this indicates that the quantity of liquid dispensed is precisely that required, guaranteeing uniform application to each row.
Ball up: If the ball rises to the top of the column, this usually indicates a punctured or torn pipe, requiring immediate checking to avoid wasted product and uneven application.
Ball at bottom: A ball falling to the bottom of the column indicates a blocked or pinched pipe, preventing the flow of liquid and compromising the effectiveness of the treatment on the row concerned.
Thanks to this visual control system, our customer will be able to continuously monitor the application of liquid products, enabling quick and easy detection of dispensing anomalies.
