Internship/alternship/discovery objectives

As an intern or work-study student at Softivert, you will have the opportunity to :

Profile required

We are looking for candidates with a passion for precision agriculture and software development, with the following qualities:

• Graduating student in computer science, software engineering, agronomy or a related field, or engineering student with a specialization in digital agriculture.
• Programming skills (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and interest in technologies related to precision agriculture.
• Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills and strong results orientation.
• Autonomy, creativity and curiosity to take on technical challenges and come up with innovative solutions.

The main responsibilities of the agricultural field technician and warehouseman include, among others:

• Inventory management, including receipt, storage, distribution and tracking of products, supplies and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural equipment, including machines, tools and mechanical systems in the field.
• Maintain inventory and stock control.

Skills required

The skills required for this position are as follows:

• Inventory management : Experience in inventory management, stock-taking and the use of inventory tracking tools.
• Mechanical skills : Good mechanical knowledge, ability to diagnose and repair agricultural equipment.
• Versatility : Ability to work both in the field and in a warehouse environment.
• Agricultural knowledge : Understanding of farming practices, equipment and products used in agriculture.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, inventory management and mechanics would be an asset.
• Non-experienced but motivated accepted. Training available.

Missions principales :

En tant qu’agent commercial, vous serez chargé(e) de :

• Développer et gérer un portefeuille clients (agriculteurs, coopératives, concessionnaires agricoles, etc.).
• Identifier les opportunités de marché et proposer nos solutions innovantes adaptées aux besoins des professionnels du secteur agricole.
• Négocier et conclure des ventes de systèmes et produits technologiques pour l’agriculture de précision.
• Représenter Softivert lors d’événements commerciaux (salons, démonstrations, etc.).
• Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et fidélité.

Profil recherché :

• Vous avez une expérience réussie dans la vente de solutions techniques, idéalement dans le secteur agricole.
• Vous êtes autonome, dynamique et orienté(e) résultats.
• Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et un sens aigu de la négociation. Impératif de parler anglais couramment pour échanger avec nos clients à l’international.
• Une connaissance du secteur agricole et des solutions technologiques est un (gros) plus.
• Permis B exigé (déplacements à prévoir).

Conditions :

• Rémunération : 100% à la commission, avec un plan de commissions attractif en fonction des ventes réalisées et de l’expérience.
• Statut : Indépendant, agent commercial.

• Accès à une base de données clients à développer et à des supports marketing.
