Main Features

Each element of this seeder is equipped with a mechanical distribution system activated electrically via our exclusive "XseedRow" technology. This innovation, powered by a simple 12-volt connection, reinvents the flexibility of seeder configuration, enabling unprecedented adaptation to different soil types and farming configurations.

Interaction between the SoftiRow 8R40's components and the operator is seamless thanks to a wireless connection with an in-cab tablet, eliminating the inconvenience of traditional wired systems. Precision is at the heart of our system, with a GPS antenna mounted directly on the seeder for exact measurement of forward speed, guaranteeing even seeding at all speeds.

Aware of the variables inherent in agriculture, the SoftiRow 8R40 incorporates easily interchangeable sensors. These can be replaced as required by a wheel or radar sensor, offering total flexibility for every scenario. In addition, a specific sensor is provided to signal the lifting or lowering of the machine, optimizing seed use and ensuring greater efficiency.

Seeding units A-M-E

The Model 3000 comes straight from the United States of America. With its cast-iron structure, it's a sturdy, heavyweight unit. It makes direct seeding easier.

It is equipped with a 52L capacity hopper (up to 110L as an option) and "Precision Planting" mechanical finger distribution for corn and sunflower.

A second brush distribution can be proposed for rapeseed, sorghum and soybean sowing. It can also be fitted with a pneumatic distributor, again from precision planting.

XseedRow" engine block

Each element is driven by an electric stepper motor.

There's also a microprocessor that collects information from the grain sensor and the pressure sensor on the gauge wheels.
The components are totally autonomous and talk to each other and the tablet, all without wires.

Every part of the engine block has been designed to be totally interchangeable in the event of breakage or failure. Allowing fast, efficient troubleshooting. Plug & Sow

We can currently plug in up to 12 seeding elements, and 4 DPAE distributions. ( fertilizer 1 and 2 , insecticide , helicide )

Martin Till debris chaser

Softivert's Martin Till debris catcher is designed to ensure a clean and optimized seed line.

Thanks to their floating design, these tools adapt perfectly to the terrain, allowing efficient, continuous cleaning without disturbing the soil. Their unique design ensures precise ground tracking, adapting their position to keep the seed line clear in all circumstances.

Equipped with specially designed scraping knives to avoid blockages, Softivert's Martin Till debris removers offer unrivalled performance, eliminating debris with formidable efficiency for optimum seedbed preparation.

PompaDose

Fertilizer localization is carried out using liquid nitrogen distributed by our PompaDose DPAE without return to the tank (simple and precise).

The liquid is deposited on the row using a "Schaffert or Keeton" tab on the ends of the grain.

With a capacity that can be varied according to need, for unhurried autonomy.

The Softiwheel

This finger-operated closing wheel closes the furrow with just the right amount of pressure.

Just as effective in tilled soil as in direct seeding, it adapts to all types of soil.

Made from Hardox500, guaranteed strength and durability.

It also fits all existing flanges.

XseedRow

Each seeding unit is electrically driven for outstanding precision.

This allows you to cut rows automatically, to carry out dose modulation, all with instant feedback by element in the cab.

SoftiLimace

The Softilimace represents a major advance in crop protection, offering farmers a precision solution for theapplication of micro-granules, whether insecticides or helicides. Thanks to its innovative electric blower technology, this device is able to "pulse" products directly where they are needed, ensuring even, effective distribution.

Controlled by XseedRow software in DPAE (Débit Proportionnel à l'Avancement Électronique) mode, Softilimace enables precise control of applied doses, automatically adapting the amount of product to the tractor's forward speed. This technological integration ensures optimum product use, reducing waste and environmental impact, while maximizing crop protection efficiency.
